The rules for accessing, using and purchasing the Convertly Docs service.
Purpose and access to the service
These terms govern access to and use of the online Word tools provided by Pixelforma, as well as the sale of paid subscriptions. The tools are free to use, with or without an account, within a limit of 10 uses per day. An account lets you see your plan and manage your subscription.
Usage rules and prohibited uses
You agree to use the service lawfully. It is forbidden to process unlawful content or content you don’t have the rights to, to disrupt or misuse the service (abusive automation, bypassing limits), or to infringe the rights of third parties.
Your content
You remain the owner of the files you process, which never leave your device. You agree that you hold the necessary rights to this content.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, logos, graphic elements, and software are protected. No rights are granted to you beyond the personal or professional use of the service. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Plans
Three plans are available: Free (10 uses per day, with ads), Pro (unlimited use of all our projects, no ads) and Pro + AI (same as Pro, with a connection to ChatGPT, Claude Code and Gemini).

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, taxes included: Pro €9.99 per month or €99.90 per year; Pro + AI €19.99 per month or €199.90 per year. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a secure platform: we never see or store your card number. An invoice is made available to you after each payment.
Term and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from “My account”: it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no further charge afterwards. Periods already started are not refunded, except where required by law.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of subscription to withdraw. By clicking “Get started”, you ask for your subscription to begin immediately: if you withdraw, you only pay for the part of the service already used, in proportion to the agreed price. To withdraw, write to us at convertlyconversion@gmail.com.
Support and mediation
Our support team replies by e-mail at convertlyconversion@gmail.com within 48 working hours. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
Liability
The tools are provided as is, with no guarantee of results. Always check the resulting file before using or sharing it, especially after redaction or anonymization. Our liability is limited as provided by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. French courts have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
